We have also received a call from the Melbourne Amateur Regatta Association for volunteers for Henley on Yarra on 26th February 2022.

Regatta organiser Maurice Fanning advises:

Roles which the Henley Volunteers do:- Buoying and retrieval, Motor Boat Drivers,  River Course Safety Controllers, Staging Marshalls , Bow Numbers Table, Deliveries on Bikes, Timers, Signage setups, Boat Trailer Parking Control, Car Parking Control, First Aid, Medals Presentation support, Bins placement, Photography, some Infrastructure Setup, and more …. !
 
We will again provide all Volunteers with a new 2022 Regatta T-Shirt and Sustenance!
We are wanting to allocate Volunteers for set start and finish times, so need a good number of Volunteers to cover each role over the day’s racing.

We might have to up the ante for Scotch Mercs with free T shirts! Your corresondent has volunteered for both regattas.
