Rowing Australia announced today that our performance coach Alistair Matthews was awarded a scholarship to the University of Queensland's Graduate Certificate in Sports Coaching Academic Course. Rowing Australia reported today that the standard of applications received was very high and they were pleased to announce this year's recipients as Alistair Matthews, Daniel Waddell at Nepean RC (NSW) and Kendal Brodie at Canberra Grammar School (ACT). Scholarships are valued at $12,500 each and cover the full cost of the online course.
