NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE 143^nd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MERCANTILE ROWING CLUB INC. WILL BE HELD ON SUNDAY 19^TH  NOVEMBER 2023 AT 11:30AM AT THE BOATHOUSE

BUSINESS:

1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 22^nd October 2022.
2. To receive and consider the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30^th June 2023.
3. To elect the Members of the Committee for the ensuing year and a Foundation Administrator.
4. General Business
   1. Recognition of trophy and award winners.
   2. Any other General Business that may legally be brought forward.

Nominations for Office Bearers and Members of the Committee for the ensuing year close on Sunday 12^th November 2023 at noon. Please submit nominations by email to secretary@mercantile.org.au and note the nominator and seconder as well as the approval of the person nominated.

Please RSVP through the member section of the website to attend the meeting.

Members may lodge a proxy containing the information in the following form. Proxies need to be received by the Secretary no later than 24 hours before the meeting either by mail or by email to secretary@mercantile.org.au.
